nfrastructure Announces Change in Executive Leadership

Clifton Park, New York, July 16, 2008 nfrastructure technologies announced today that Daniel Pickett III, 39, will succeed Christopher DelVecchio as Chairman and CEO effective immediately. The nfrastructure board of directors met in Albany, NY and installed Pickett as chairman and CEO.

nfrastructure was already an entrepreneurial success when Chris became CEO. But now nfrastructure is a more valuable company with talented people and a capabilities portfolio far more scalable and expansive to meet both current and emerging market needs. nfrastructure Participates in Charity Event for Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

Albany, New York, July 14, 2008 nfrastructure’s Dan Pickett, Scott Momrow, Ed Feuerstein and Sean Krause proudly participated in the Cystic Fibrosis 65 Roses Invitational at Van Patten Golf Course.

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s innovative business model fuels drug discovery and development programs. More than 20 years ago, the median age of survival for someone with Cystic Fibrosis was only 25.6 years. Today, it is over 37.4 years. New Cystic Fibrosis therapies have developed over time as the result of contributions from events like the Cystic Fibrosis 65 Roses Invitational.

Scott Momrow Promoted to Vice President, Sales and Marketing at nfrastructure technologies, inc.

Albany, New York, November 15, 2007nfrastructure, a leading provider of technology infrastructure services, announced today that Scott Momrow has been promoted to Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Previously Momrow was a channel development executive for the company. Momrow brings eight years of experience in developing sales and marketing strategies for growth-stage businesses.

In welcoming Momrow to his new position with the company, nfrastructure Chairman and CEO Chris DelVecchio acknowledged the strong contribution that he will bring. "Scott’s outstanding track record in middle market companies will benefit our sales and marketing strategies. His responsibilities included business development, account services, and product development. Prior to NMHC, Momrow spent six years with Integrail, a division of Health Solutions Ltd., in various sales and management capacities.

nfrastructure today announced the signing of an agreement with IBM to provide comprehensive command center services to IBM customers. The company also announced that the pair's first joint customer for this service will go live June 1, 2006.

nfrastructure to Support Leading Drug Store's Pharmacy Upgrade at 1,400 Locations

nfrastructure today announced the signing of an agreement to support a leading drug store's Pharmacy upgrade at 1,400 point-of-service locations. The agreement calls for nfrastructure to convert the Rx systems off-hours over an eighteen-month period.

Using best-in-class methodologies and tools of its Deployment Services Division, nfrastructure will provide warehousing, logistics, custom imaging, testing, master-kitting, just-in-time delivery and on-site installation across the US. Due to customer timeframe requirements, the entire deployment will be completed off hours over an eighteen-month period.
